The attorney behind Redelman Law LLC is Jonelle Redelman.  She has lived in Indiana for her entire life.  After graduating from Pike High School in Indianapolis, Jonelle received a Bachelors Degree from Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis in Political Science and Spanish.

Jonelle began working at the Indiana Disability Determination Bureau in February 2003.  This is where she first learned about the Social Security Disability program.  While employed there, she became a Military Casualty Claim Specialist and served on Arbitration Panels.  She continued working at the Indiana Disability Determination Bureau after starting the evening division program at the Robert H. McKinney School of Law at Indiana University in Indianapolis

During law school, Jonelle was chosen to participate in the Program on Law and State Government as a fellow.  She also participated in the Disability Clinic.  Jonelle left state employment in 2008 and worked in two different centers at Indiana Legal Services before graduating from law school in 2009.

After law school, Jonelle clerked for a Social Security Disability attorney gaining first hand experience in the field.  Since being admitted to the bar in 2010, Jonelle has primarily practiced Social Security Disability law at all levels of the disability process, from initial application, to Administrative Law Judge Hearings, the Appeals Council and United States Federal District Court. Jonelle has represented claimants in the hearings offices throughout Indiana and in Danville, IL and Cincinnati, OH.

What makes our office different is that we will meet and prepare your case together.  You will know Jonelle, your attorney, and will have worked with her before your day in court.  We understand how important your hearing is and will work diligently to ensure that you are as prepared as possible for your testimony and that the record is complete.

We can help you at any step in the Social Security Disability process - from initial application, reconsideration, or preparing for an administrative hearing.  Social Security often requires a lot of paperwork to be completed and I can help you make sense of it.

No up front fee is required for your Social Security Disability cases.  If you have other legal issues, a small up front fee may be required.

It is important to remember that no attorney/client relationship is formed until a fee agreement/contract is signed.

The Social Security Disability process can be a long and difficult journey. At Redelman Law LLC, we believe our job is to help make the process as simple for you as possible. We work with the Disability Determination Bureau at the initial and reconsideration levels to help them get all necessary information. If your case goes to hearing, we request all of your medical records and meet with you to prepare for the hearing. We want you to know exactly what to expect during the hearing.
Jonelle is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR), the Federal Bar Association, and the Indiana State Bar Association. She is the current chair of the Social Security Disability Section of the Indiana State Bar Association.  She is admitted to practice in both the Northern District and Southern District of the United States District Courts in Indiana.
